I've been in the culinary field for over 16 years working in several cuisine arenas from Bistro Pubs, Texas BBQ, Burger Joints to Modern American. I love the community that surrounds good food and I've created RD Catering 4U, LLC to provide that service to my fellow Dallasites, with a no-fuss, hassle free catering business serving up party trays, simple meal prep and grocery shopper for the family or individual on the go. 

Also providing service for small dinner parties, 'craft services' for the booming Dallas film and stage scene, as well as drop-off and full service catering.
