In an effort to rapidly advance technologies and processes in the real estate, construction, and design industries, work developed during the fellowship will be considered open source material available for public reference. Relevant work outputs have the potential to be applied or deployed across large tech offices in the Bay Area.
While we fully support the work of diverse thought leaders, our work is conducted in English and we will only be accepting applications written in English.
The $20,000 unrestricted grant will be allocated in two $10,000 lump payments - one at the onset of the program after we’ve received a work proposal and another after the final presentation in December. The $4,000 travel stipend will be awarded one week prior to the onsite meeting.
By accepting the Fellowship, the applicant agrees to comply with all program expectations. Failure to participate in outlined program requirements will result in funding rescindment and disqualification from future R+D related events.
