Rules
We used the classic ICPC rules with the following clarifications:
each team used only one computer at a time.
students coded using their own laptops.
contestants communicated only with their team members, organizers, and jury during the contest.
online participation was possible, but we could only announce the website Saturday evening.
official teams were the 21 onsite in the ranking above.
global ranking summed up the number of problems solved and penalty.
Contest judge system: onsite teams competed on a private instance of the kilonova online judge, while online teams registered in the official mirror available on https://kilonova.ro: day1 day2. There was a testing round to get onsite participants used to the platform on Saturday, 28 October at 11:00 UTC+3. After that, at 12:30 UTC+3, the first contest of RCPCamp was held for both onsite teams and for people participating in the online mirror. On Sunday, at 10:00 UTC+2 (timezone change from EEST to EET), the second contest for RCPCamp took place.
