Q: What is the definition of RCLN (Net License)
A: RCLN (Net License) is the ONE-TIME achievement when an associate earns his/her first 1000 dollars accumulated since being licensed.
Q: X is an SMD, Y is an MD in X's base. When Y achieves RCLN Builder 2 by having two RCLN in two legs, will X achieve RCLN Builder 2 as well?
A: No. X is still RCLN Builder 1 if all the RCLN are from one leg Y. The RCLN Builder # is based on RCLN LEGs (wide), not the number of RCLNs in the team.
Q: Does an associate's spouse achieving RCLN count toward the associate's RCLN Builder #?
A: No. Couples are counted as one unit from the building standpoint. Here are the reasons:
The RCLN Building program aims to increase business volume by expanding the market (more business partners) and the salesforce (more licensed and producing agents).
A spouse's net license can be achieved by getting split passively from the active spouse in the field. When it happened, either the market or the salesforce were expanded.
RCLN Builder recognition already includes the spouse (it is recommended to use a couple photo if both are involved in the business).
That's why only the non-spouse team members' net licenses count toward the upline's RCLN Builder achievement.
Q: Who orders recognition shirts?
A: SMD orders shirts for his/her base RCLN Builder qualifiers. The SMD's own RCLN Builder shirt will be ordered by the SMD himself/herself (instead of by the upline SMD), starting from the 2024 convention.
Q: Do we order one shirt per qualify or two for married couples?
A: The upline SMD only needs to order the shirt for the main qualifier, not the couple. The qualify can order for their spouse at their own expense.
