Board of Directors

I have been thankful and committed to serving the Rose Croft II community for over 10 years. In addition, I am currently serving on the board of directors in eight other organizations, owner of multiple businesses, volunteer in a range of political organizations, and a PhD candidate in Public Policy.

As president of Rose Croft II HOA, I have taken on the many challenges of keeping the neighborhood safe by keeping a close connection and relationship with law officials.

I plan to form an organization for community leaders of East Charlotte Multifamily Communities to create plans to enrich and sustain the values of our homes and/or investments, and to ensure that we receive resources and equal financial opportunities.

Starrlett is a veteran of the United States Air Force and has resided in Charlotte for the past 14 years. She serves on the board of directors for three other local organizations and is working towards completing her PhD in public policy.

She enjoys interior design and traveling.
