What happens when machines can think, act, and create alongside us?
In a world where AI is increasingly capable, the real advantage isn’t in the tools, it’s in how we choose to work with them. This keynote explores the essential mindset shift every leader, educator, and innovator must make moving from using AI as a tool to partnering with it as a teammate.
Through bold examples and human-centered insights, Sabba unpacks how design thinking provides the mindset and methods to build cultures of innovation rooted in empathy. She introduces the SPARK framework, a practical guide for prompting and partnering with AI, to help teams create intentional, ethical, and empowering human + AI collaboration.
This isn’t about doing more with machines.
It’s about designing a future where the human advantage wins, through creativity, trust, and meaningful connection.
