Franchise Owner & Head of Marketing
I took full P&L ownership while launching and scaling a fourth franchise location, translating enterprise marketing and brand strategy into hands-on B2C execution. I led integrated marketing, operations, and customer experience initiatives that drove customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability, while building and leading a high-performing team and embedding a customer-first culture.

Associate Director, Strategic Marketing & Customer Experience (CX)
I was promoted to lead enterprise marketing and customer experience transformation during Carrier’s post-spin evolution from a product-centric manufacturer to a digitally enabled services leader. Partnering with executive leadership, I helped launch the BluEdge Service Platform supporting a $7B recurring-revenue goal and delivered a $12M, 22,000-sq-ft Customer Experience Center serving 15,000+ customers and partners annually.
In parallel, I unified 85+ global brands through an enterprise rebrand, aligned go-to-market execution across regions, and led cross-functional teams to strengthen CX adoption, accelerate sales engagement, and enhance brand clarity at scale.

Why did you choose your profession?
I thrive at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and data-driven storytelling. Developing innovative ideas, building a plan to bring them to life, and seeing them executed successfully fuels my passion for marketing, brand strategy, and customer experience.
Who are your main influences?
Through childhood memories, stories, photographs, and home movies, it was always clear how hard my maternal grandfather worked—not just to support his immediate family, but to help anyone he cared about, whether in our extended family or the community. He was always finding ways to reengineer and improve things to make life better for others—even when he may not have had the time or money.
What is your greatest accomplishment?
Leaving my 25-year career with the same company to launch my own franchise business was a bold risk—and an incredibly rewarding one. Seeing my hard work translate into six-figure annual sales, a growing customer base, increasing the team size, and receiving positive online feedback was fulfilling. Also gratifying was watching the corporate team adopt my marketing ideas across the entire company.
What tools do you use?
Throughout my career, I’ve embraced emerging technologies to drive efficiency and results—ranging from CMS platforms, CRM tools, AR and RFID technology, web-based collaboration systems, and enterprise digital tools. I'm particularly energized by the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) and its impact on marketing strategy, customer experience, and digital transformation.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out in your profession?
Challenge yourself to grow beyond your comfort zone, take calculated risks, and stay endlessly curious. The more you seek out new learning opportunities—new tools, new skills, new technologies—the more value you bring to your team and the faster you accelerate your marketing and communications career.
