Ray Baine founded Rb Athletics in the late months of 2022. Founded and ran within the RB Enterprise LLC system. I have been providing numerous athletes with the service of helping them peak their athletic ability. We make it a #1 rule to serve and push our athletes to be the best, physically and mentally. Our staff of 1 highly educated trainer is here to support your vision and unlock your inner warrior. We use a variety of techniques, from plyometrics to yoga. To help our athletes reach warrior status.

I played two sports at the Division 3 level and achieved accolades that many had dreamed about. I want to pass the secret along to others who will come after me. I have a certification as a performance specialist from the National Association of Sports Medicine. And currently working on my bachelor's in exercise science. With Plans to attend the Athlete Training School after completion. I have worked with and around many high athletes. So everything you see is proven for success. I strive for success and starve for work! So Athletes I have one question...
