Binod Kumar Rajak is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Studies, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Currently, he is teaching BBA, MBA and PhD scholars with various capacities, i.e., Human Resource Management, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership, Organisational Change and Development, Basics of Research, Research Methodology, Leadership, and Data Visualization. He has completed his PhD in Management from the School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad. He studied the association between Family Incivility and Job Dissatisfaction- A moderated mediation model. He has authored many articles indexed by Scopus, WoS & ABDC, and learned several tactics through workshops that helped him grow into a better faculty and researcher. He is a self-learned expert in SEM, EFA, CFA and mediation moderation.
He aims to imbibe the correct values in the upcoming generations—a skilled and effective labour force to build a better place to live. He has published papers in the area of organisational psychology, Social Media Marketing, Academic Performance and Education and Reviewer of Reputed international journals like Emerald, Inderscience, APJHM and Psychology in Russia. He is working on the Home, Work conflict domain. He presented his papers at many international and national level conferences.
