RBC Credit Card Activation Guide
RBC credit card activation is typically instant. If you activate your card through RBC Online Banking, the RBC Mobile app, or by phone, your card is generally ready to use as soon as you receive the confirmation that activation is complete.
In some cases, activation may take a little longer if:
Your identity needs additional verification.
There is a temporary system or network issue.
You entered incorrect card or account information during the activation process.
