Mukesh is a business leader with about three decades of experience in financial services industry. Mukesh is presently the CEO – NSE Data & Analytics Limited. He also oversees the Indices and MF platform business at NSE. Previously, Mukesh was President at CRISIL Limited, a Standard & Poor’s company, and was leading their India Research business with full P&L responsibility. He worked with CRISIL for 20 years. Prior to that, he was associated with Asian Paints (India) Limited for a couple of years.
Mukesh has a Masters Degree in Management studies from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, India and Bachelors Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani, Rajasthan, India.
Shyam Sreenivasan is the Founder and CEO of Quantel AI. Shyam was previously at Morgan Stanley for over 20 years where he led many transformational technology initiatives in various leadership capacities in New York, London, and Mumbai. At various points in his long career at Morgan Stanley, he was the global head of program trading technology, exchange connectivity, and algorithmic trading risk controls. He is a proven thought leader and innovator, creating many high-performance teams in fast-paced environments. Shyam is a domain expert in algorithmic trading and analytics across equity and fixed income asset classes, trading systems, quantitative finance, high-frequency trading, regulatory controls, and risk management, machine learning and deep learning techniques as well as its application in finance.
Shyam holds a Bachelor's in Engineering (CS) from Bharathiar University, India, Masters in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) from the CQF Institute.
Dwijaraj is a Research Associate in the Financial Systems Design initiative (FSD). His research focuses on the various aspects of households’ access to credit and impediments therein. He has worked with the members of several committees and working groups formed by the Government of India and financial regulators to study the policy landscape, and recommend necessary changes. Before joining Dvara Research, Dwijaraj had worked on the design of M&E systems for several departments of the government. He holds an MPP (Masters’ degree in Public Policy) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
Dr. Frederic Jumelle is an academic entrepreneur with a strong background in Psychiatry and Cognitive and Behavioral Sciences. Graduating in France, he received a Doctor of Medicine in 2005 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychiatry in 2009 to become specialist in Addictology. After few years of practice, Dr. Jumelle moved to Hong Kong and founded Bright Nation Limited to apply his knowledge to the burgeoning field of cognitive modelling and neuromorphic systems. In 2021 he decided to plus it up by founding Autonym Pte. Ltd in Singapore to extend his research scope to learning agents, encryption, and simulating humans aiming to streamline human-machine interactions for smart cities operation.
Dr. Jumelle holds patents and computer programs in the field of brain-inspired artificial neural networks and published several papers. Since 2019, he co-develops his technology with the Neuromorphic Interactive System Laboratory of the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Starting 2021, he hopes to collaborate with the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and the Data Analytics, Risk & Technology Lab.

Prabha runs the Catalyst Cohort/ Accelerator program, established since 2016. The Innovation department led by Prabha has delivered Millions of Euros worth additional value to Societe Generale, globally through diverse portfolios. Societe Generale Global Solution Centre has been positioned as an Innovation Hub for the Group under her able leadership, working on business problems across Africa, East and West Europe. During her tenure at Societe Generale from 2010, Prabha has held several strategic Information Technology (IT) Delivery positions including Head of Risk, Referential and Finance IT, Head of Client Trading Technologies, Fixed Income and Global Equities. Prior to joining Societe Generale, Prabha has worked in the Brokerage & Family offices divisions at Fidelity Investments for over 6 years and prior to that at GE Appliances in KY, USA for over seven years
Rahul has been with American Express for 17+ years, with an overall experience of 20 years in different leadership roles globally. In his current role with Credit and Fraud Risk Capabilities, he is responsible for managing Foundational risk capabilities including Risk MIS, data quality across all risk processes, risk model implementation and data ingestion. Rahul also manages the product ownership for CAS Modeling and Global Credit Bureau for both new accounts and customer management. Rahul joined American Express in 2003 in Risk and Information Management, managing core data management and data warehousing functions. In his previous role, he was working with Technologies, managing Fraud risk capabilities and was also responsible for IDN platform. Prior to joining American Express, Rahul worked with Conagra Foods and Infosys Technologies. He is B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Outside of work Rahul loves traveling to new places, reading about spirituality & mindfulness and likes to explore complex derivative trading strategies.
Vijay is global head of Artificial Intelligence R&D at Goldman Sachs. He leads a team of researchers and engineers building knowledge extraction, representation and reasoning frameworks for the firm. He joined the firm in 2017 and was named managing director in 2019. Over his 30+ year research career, Vijay has been a member of the Research Staff at the Xerox Palo Alto Research Center. AT&T Research, and the IBM TJ Watson Research Center. Vijay has published more than 100 papers, collaborated with more than 100 researchers, across logic, concurrency, programming languages and AI. He received the 1989 ACM Doctoral Dissertation Award for his work on Concurrent Constraint Programming, and the (10 year retrospective) 2005 Most Influential OOPSLA Best Paper Award for his (team’s) work on the X10 programming language.
Vijay earned a BTech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur in 1982. He earned an MS and PhD in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University in 1985 and 1989, respectively.
