The STEAM Powered Girls Club is designed to engage elementary children in the habits of mind and the innovation and design process of female scientists, engineers, and inventors. 

• Children will learn that collaboration, creativity, curiosity, empathy, imagination, inspiration, and perseverance are important mindsets to have while innovating and designing. 

• Children will engage in the engineering and scientific design process through asking questions, brainstorming, planning, designing, testing, improving, and communicating ideas. 

• Children will learn about famous and lesser known female STEM professionals and the important work they have done.

• The club offers a variety of themes to excite and engage!
