Dr. Raymond K. A. Falschau is a Professor of Accounting, Project Management, and Business Technology Management at the Université de Sherbrooke (UDS) in Canada. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Risk Management (CRM) professional with more than 20 years of experience across accounting, risk management, governance, auditing, corporate training, and organizational leadership. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) specializing in Project and Risk Management, an MBA, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting. His academic background, combined with extensive industry experience, enables him to bridge theory and practice in addressing complex business challenges. Dr. Falschau works with public and private organizations, providing consulting, research, and training services in risk management, audit and governance, cybersecurity governance, misinformation and disinformation governance, data analytics, and organizational performance. He also specializes in project, program, and portfolio management, helping organizations align strategic objectives with effective execution and risk-informed decision-making. His expertise centers on data-driven decision-making. He analyzes complex datasets, develops predictive models, and conducts impact assessments using advanced analytical tools.
