BelJee's Food Hub is a joint venture of two friends from Baguio City and is currently located in the town of Mangaldan in Pangasinan. It primarily offers Korean food, snacks, and drinks with the Unlimited Samgyeopsal as their highlight dish.

In October 2019, Lyceum-Northwestern University celebrated its first International Students' Day. Known as the premier medical school in Pangasinan, LNU's Biology program is dominated by foreigners.

As part of the celebration, each nationality is to showcase their local cuisine. Requirements in participating the said event, aside from the dishes themselves, there should be a printed card next to each dish detailing the ingredients and preparation for each dish.
