Johor Bahru City Centre is a hustle and bustle area that is multiplying because of the future development. The site location is near Zarith Sofea and R&F Mall and residence. This creates an opportunity to build a community centre for the future.
The site is 1.5 acres, has a waterfront view and faces Singapore, which should be an area of celebration and activity. Creating a building program that integrates locals and foreigners into the site will build a future community for Johor Bahru City Center.
