Do you refinish old furniture pieces?
Do you refinish old furniture pieces?
No, we do not refinish furniture pieces. We strictly build from the ground up meaning all our pieces are made to order.
What if we are interested in ordering a custom piece?
Sure, we love custom pieces! We will be sure to listen and help you design exactly what you are looking for. Pictures and ideas are always welcomed; Michael can sketch a one of a kind design if needed. We will keep working until we get it just right. Once you are ready to start we will give you an estimated completion date. Half of the total amount is due when your order is placed, with the balance due upon delivery. All sales are final.
What is the turn around time on a table or custom build?
This strictly depends on the current orders before yours and time of year. When we give you a quote we also give you an estimated deadline of completion.
Returns and Exchanges
Terms and Conditions
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) or exchange. Receipt is required. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

*All RAW furniture pieces are handmade and some pieces are built with reclaimed wood. Therefore any imperfections are to be expected with no two pieces of furniture being the exact same.

We personally love all the imperfections in the wood and wouldn’t want it any other way. This gives each piece character and a story to tell for years to come.
