Economic policies are too opaque and complex to be easily assessed by voters and their representatives. The main focus of my research is to diagnose and rectify errors of evaluation, with a focus on efficient policies designed to reduce negative externalities.

I recently completed my doctoral studies and will soon join the faculty at the University of Wyoming.
