A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE QUALITY CHARACTERISTICS OF MASMIN PREPARED BY TRADITIONAL AND IMPROVED METHODS.

I participated in the National Children's Science Congress (NCSC) 2017 and was among the top 15 participants. I submitted a study that compared the quality characteristics of Masmin prepared using traditional and improved methods. I used a new detachable smoker, liquid smoke and the traditional method to prepare Masmin. I analyzed colour, taste, nutrition and Benzonpyrene levels using HPLC at CIFT Kochi. The results showed that Masmin prepared using improved methods had better quality characteristics, including colour, taste and nutrition and had lower levels of Benzonpyrene. This project helped me develop my research and analytical skills."

Covid Detection from symptoms via ML

I have been working on a project that aims to detect the presence of COVID-19 in individuals based on their symptoms. The project utilizes machine learning techniques, specifically a supervised classification model, implemented using the Python programming language. The model is based on a Random Forest algorithm, which is trained to predict the likelihood of a person having COVID-19 based on their symptoms. The goal of this project is to provide a useful tool that can aid in the early detection of COVID-19 and help to reduce its spread

Image de noising by Adaptive median and Median filtering

The project aimed to improve the quality of noisy images by applying image de-noising techniques. The method compared the performance of Adaptive Median and Median filtering techniques separately to remove noise from the images. The Adaptive Median filter was found to be effective in removing salt and pepper noise, especially when the noise level is above 20%. Meanwhile, the Median filter was more efficient in smoothing out the remaining noise. The project is implemented using matlab.

FM TRANSMISSION AND RECEPTION USING FDM

I have designed and implemented a functional FM transmitter and receiver system for message and carrier signals using Frequency Division Multiplexing (FDM). The system is able to transmit two FM signals simultaneously by multiplexing them into a composite signal. The composite signal is then transmitted through a channel and received at the other end. Bandpass filters are used to separate the multiplexed signals and they are demodulated to obtain the original message and carrier signals. The performance of the system was evaluated by measuring the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the FM signals transmitted via FDM using Matlab. This project not only demonstrated my knowledge of FM transmitter and receiver design but also my understanding of FDM and its application in communications systems. Additionally, I have developed my skills in programming and data analysis

SUN TRACKING SOLAR PANEL USING PROTEUS AND KIEL uVISION

I have investigated a way to improve the efficiency of solar arrays by implementing a method of tracking the sun's movement. To achieve this, I designed a circuit using Proteus and wrote assembly code using Keil μvison. The circuit and code were able to control the movement of the solar array in order to keep it aligned with the sun, thereby increasing its efficiency in capturing solar energy. This project not only demonstrates my knowledge of circuit design and programming, but also my understanding of the principles of solar energy and the methods to improve its efficiency.

Visual Cryptography for Biometric Privacy

This project proposes a solution to enhance the security and encryption of fingerprints in authentication systems by combining visual cryptography and LSB watermarking techniques. The system encrypts each pixel of the original fingerprint image into two shares using visual cryptography, ensuring that neither share provides any clue about the original pixel. These shares are then embedded into an innocent cover image using LSB watermarking, making it difficult for attackers to detect the hidden information. The system addresses security concerns related to fingerprint authentication by ensuring that even if the database is compromised, the original fingerprint cannot be reconstructed. Additionally, the system considers the computational limitations of lightweight fingerprint scanners, making the decryption process efficient and practical. By incorporating these techniques, the proposed system provides robust protection for fingerprint data while maintaining the integrity and security of the authentication process.

Comparative Analysis of Error Correction Coding Schemes:

This project compares error performance of (15, 11) Hamming Code, (15, 5) BCH Code, and (3, 1, 4) Convolutional Code in AWGN and BSC channels. Evaluation of Bit Error Rate (BER) provides insights into their reliability for data transmission in different channel conditions.

MOBLIE APP THROUGH GLIDE

I have developed a simple and user-friendly shopping app using Glide. The app is designed to make it easy for users to browse and purchase products, with a clear and intuitive interface. The app showcases products in various categories, including a detailed description, images, pricing and all other relevant information. The app is designed for easy navigation and allows users to quickly find what they're looking for.

WEBSITE USING HTML AND CSS

To demonstrate my understanding and proficiency in HTML and CSS, I created a simple yet professional portfolio website. The website showcases my skills and experiences in a clear and visually appealing manner. It includes sections for my personal information, education, projects and other relevant information that would help to showcase my abilities and qualifications. The website was designed to be responsive, easy to navigate and visually appealing, using the latest web development standards.
