Being a foodie, I like travelling to various parts of the word and try their local cuisine. I am really fascinated by how some cuisines have evolved over time due to various influences.

Shakshuka, a healthy and nutritious dish originally from Tunisia and popular across Middle East and North Africa. It's a delicious combination of all eggs, tomatoes, onions and spices.

Indian fish cutlet. Although the word cutlet has originated from the French word cĂ´telette, it has found its place in almost all cuisines of the world. The Indian cutlet unlike others is usually shallow fried.



Fish marinated with mustard and poppy paste and baked in banana leaf.

Prawns cooked in coconut milk.

Salmon with roasted vegetable.

Sweet and sour chicken with pineapple.
