a list of useful things to do or know before you leave (documents, weather, etc)
the planning for a 10-day trip with timetable and useful information.
Economist: You are in charge of the budget. You have to
hand in a spreadsheet document with all the expenses and the total amount of euros.

write an e mail to the hostel of your choice to book the accommodation.
Designer: You are in charge of the layout and format of the dossier / handout. How are you going to put all the documents together? Are you going to put them in a folder? Or are you going to upload them on a digital poster (e.g. https://beta.mural.ly/)? Check that your group mates have done all their work. Start compiling the dossier.
