I’m Ratnam Srivastava, a biomedical data scientist and AI researcher with experience across Harvard Medical School, Mass General Brigham, Mount Sinai, and Northwell Health. Over the past five years, I’ve worked at the intersection of clinical research, data engineering, and healthcare AI, building scalable systems to process Electronic Health Records (EHR), medical imaging, and biobank data.
At Harvard and MGB, I led high-impact initiatives that connected hospital datasets with research innovation - negotiating data access at the C-suite level, building secure data pipelines, and contributing to award-winning research on Tuberculosis and COVID-19. My work has spanned computer vision on chest X-rays, regulatory compliance for IRBs and DUAs, and strategic partnerships with NIH, Merck, and Boston Medical Center.
With a Master's in Computer Science from NYU and technical fluency in deep learning, cloud infrastructure, and biomedical informatics, I specialize in bridging the gap between data science and clinical application. I’m passionate about simplifying research workflows, automating compliance-heavy processes, and scaling innovation in healthtech.
