This Privacy Policy explains how Ratibi (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Ratibi mobile application.
Ratibi is developed and published by ALILOU DIGITAL LTD.
Ratibi is a salary-based budgeting app that helps users track expenses, bills, budget envelopes, savings goals, smart insights, and export reports.
Ratibi is designed to be local-first. The financial data you enter, such as salary, expenses, bills, envelopes, goals, and notes, is stored locally on your device using Apple technologies.
We do not require account registration to use the app.
You may enter information such as:
Salary amount
Salary day
Country and currency
Expenses and income
Bills and installments
Budget envelopes
Savings goals and contributions
Notes, merchants, or categories
This information is stored locally on your device and is used to calculate your budget, daily safe spending, reports, smart insights, and reminders.
We do not upload this financial data to our own servers.
Premium users may export reports as PDF or CSV files.
Export files are generated locally on your device. When you share an exported file using the iOS share sheet, your sharing action is handled by Apple iOS and the app or service you choose to share with.
You are responsible for where you send or store exported files.
Ratibi may request permission to send local notifications, such as:
Bill reminders
Smart budgeting alerts
Goal reminders
These notifications are optional. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings or from the app settings where available.
The free version of Ratibi may display ads using Google AdMob or Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Advertising partners may process data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app activity, diagnostics, and interaction data, depending on your region, consent choices, Apple App Tracking Transparency status, and Google’s advertising technology policies.
Where required, the app may show a consent form or Apple App Tracking Transparency prompt before personalized advertising or tracking is used.
Premium users should not see ads inside the app.
Ratibi offers Premium features through Apple In-App Purchases and subscriptions.
Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Premium products may include:
Monthly auto-renewable subscription
Yearly auto-renewable subscription
Lifetime one-time purchase
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and App Store account settings.
The app may receive basic crash, diagnostic, or performance information through Apple and third-party SDKs if such services are enabled. This information helps improve stability and user experience.
We do not use your locally entered financial data for analytics.
Your budgeting data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining device security, including passcode, Face ID, iCloud backup settings, and device access.
No method of digital storage is completely secure, but Ratibi is designed to avoid unnecessary transfer of your financial information.
Ratibi is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Ratibi may use third-party services, including:
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads
Apple StoreKit
Apple App Store payment systems
Apple local notifications and system sharing tools
These services may have their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
You can:
Disable notifications from iOS Settings
Manage App Tracking Transparency permissions from iOS Settings
Manage subscriptions from your Apple ID settings
Delete app data by deleting the app from your device

يتم إنشاء ملفات التصدير محليًا على جهازك. عند مشاركة ملف عبر نافذة المشاركة في iOS، تتم عملية المشاركة بواسطة نظام iOS والتطبيق أو الخدمة التي تختارها.
