These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ratibi mobile application (“the App”).
Ratibi is developed and published by ALILOU DIGITAL LTD.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Ratibi is a budgeting and salary organization app. It helps users track expenses, salary cycles, bills, budget envelopes, savings goals, smart insights, and exported reports.
The App is designed for general personal budgeting and organization.
Ratibi does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or professional advice.
Any information, reports, insights, alerts, or calculations provided by the App are for general budgeting and organization purposes only.
You are responsible for your financial decisions. You should consult a qualified professional when needed.
Ratibi stores your budgeting data locally on your device.
You are responsible for:
Entering accurate information
Maintaining your device security
Backing up your data where appropriate
Reviewing exported reports before sharing them
Deleting the App may delete locally stored data unless it is backed up by your device or system settings.
Ratibi may offer Premium features through Apple In-App Purchases, including:
Removing ads
Unlimited envelopes
Unlimited bills and installments
Unlimited goals
Full smart insights
PDF and CSV export
Advanced reports
Available Premium features may change over time.
Ratibi may offer:
Monthly auto-renewable subscription
Yearly auto-renewable subscription
Lifetime one-time purchase
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your App Store account settings.
The Lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.
We do not process payments directly and do not store your payment card details.
If a free trial or introductory offer is available, the app or App Store purchase sheet will show the trial duration and the price after the trial ends.
Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription may automatically renew according to Apple’s terms and the selected plan.
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.
To request a refund, use Apple’s official refund process through your Apple account.
We cannot directly issue App Store refunds.
The free version of Ratibi may show ads. Premium users should not see ads inside the App.
Ads may be provided by third-party advertising networks such as Google AdMob.
You agree not to:
Misuse the App
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App
Use the App for illegal purposes
Interfere with the App’s operation
Attempt to bypass Premium features, subscriptions, or ads
Use exported reports in a misleading or unlawful way
Premium users may export PDF or CSV reports.
Exported reports are generated from the data you entered into the App. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of exported reports before relying on or sharing them.
Ratibi is not responsible for decisions made based on exported reports.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.
We may add, remove, or change features, including Free or Premium features, as part of product improvements.
We aim to keep the App reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALILOU DIGITAL LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or financial losses arising from your use of the App.
The App is provided for general budgeting organization and does not guarantee financial results.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how the App handles data.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and App Store rules.
Subscriptions and purchases are managed through Apple.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be updated.
Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

التطبيق مخصص لأغراض التنظيم الشخصي للميزانية والمال.
راتبي لا يقدم استشارة مالية أو استثمارية أو ضريبية أو قانونية أو محاسبية أو مهنية.
أي معلومات أو تقارير أو رؤى أو تنبيهات أو حسابات يقدمها التطبيق هي لأغراض عامة لتنظيم الميزانية فقط.
أنت مسؤول عن قراراتك المالية، ويُنصح باستشارة مختص مؤهل عند الحاجة.
يخزن راتبي بيانات الميزانية محليًا على جهازك.
أنت مسؤول عن:
إدخال معلومات صحيحة
حماية جهازك
الاحتفاظ بنسخة احتياطية عند الحاجة
مراجعة التقارير المصدّرة قبل مشاركتها
قد يؤدي حذف التطبيق إلى حذف البيانات المخزنة محليًا ما لم تكن محفوظة من خلال إعدادات الجهاز أو النظام.
قد يوفر راتبي مزايا Premium عبر عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق من Apple، مثل:
إزالة الإعلانات
أظرفة غير محدودة
فواتير وأقساط غير محدودة
أهداف غير محدودة
رؤى ذكية كاملة
تصدير PDF و CSV
تقارير متقدمة
قد تتغير مزايا Premium المتاحة مع مرور الوقت.
قد يوفر راتبي:
اشتراكًا شهريًا يتجدد تلقائيًا
اشتراكًا سنويًا يتجدد تلقائيًا
شراء مدى الحياة مرة واحدة
تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل نهاية فترة الفوترة الحالية.
يتم الخصم من حساب Apple ID بعد تأكيد الشراء.
يمكنك إدارة أو إلغاء الاشتراكات من إعدادات حساب App Store.
شراء مدى الحياة هو شراء مرة واحدة ولا يتجدد تلقائيًا.
نحن لا نعالج المدفوعات مباشرة ولا نخزن بيانات بطاقة الدفع.
إذا كانت هناك تجربة مجانية أو عرض تمهيدي متاح، فسيعرض التطبيق أو نافذة الشراء في App Store مدة التجربة والسعر بعد انتهاء التجربة.
ما لم يتم الإلغاء قبل نهاية التجربة، قد يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا وفق شروط Apple والخطة المختارة.

توافق على عدم:
إساءة استخدام التطبيق
محاولة عكس هندسة التطبيق أو نسخه أو إعادة توزيعه
استخدام التطبيق لأغراض غير قانونية
تعطيل أو التدخل في عمل التطبيق
محاولة تجاوز مزايا Premium أو الاشتراكات أو الإعلانات
استخدام التقارير المصدّرة بطريقة مضللة أو غير قانونية
يمكن لمستخدمي Premium تصدير تقارير PDF أو CSV.
يتم إنشاء التقارير المصدّرة اعتمادًا على البيانات التي أدخلتها داخل التطبيق. أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة دقة التقارير قبل الاعتماد عليها أو مشاركتها.
راتبي غير مسؤول عن القرارات التي يتم اتخاذها بناءً على التقارير المصدّرة.
قد نقوم بتحديث أو تعديل أو تعليق أو إيقاف أجزاء من التطبيق في أي وقت.
قد نقوم بإضافة أو إزالة أو تغيير الميزات، بما في ذلك الميزات المجانية أو ميزات Premium، كجزء من تحسين المنتج.
نسعى للحفاظ على استقرار التطبيق، لكننا لا نضمن عمله بدون انقطاع أو أخطاء.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل ALILOU DIGITAL LTD المسؤولية عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية أو خاصة أو مالية ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق.

تتم إدارة الاشتراكات والمشتريات من خلال Apple.
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. عند إجراء تغييرات، سيتم تحديث تاريخ “آخر تحديث”.
استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.
