1. Acceptance of TermsBy creating an account or using Rater, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. EligibilityYou must be at least 13 years old to use Rater. To claim any cash prize or raffle reward, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and comply with all applicable laws.
3. Your AccountYou are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may sign in with email or Google.
4. User Content & PhotosYou retain ownership of the photos you post. By posting, you grant Rater a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the app. You must own or have permission to use every photo you upload. Do not post nudity, explicit, hateful, illegal, or infringing content, or images of other people without their consent.
5. Voting, Kisses & PointsYou may vote for each user once per day and send one Kiss per photo per day. You earn 1 reward point per day for voting, up to a maximum of 7 points per week, accumulating toward a 100-point goal. Points are tracked per device to prevent abuse. Rater may adjust, recalculate, or remove points obtained through fraud, bots, or manipulation.
6. Prizes & RafflesRater may offer monthly cash prizes and a raffle every third month for eligible users who reach 100 points. No purchase is necessary to participate. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash-equivalent substitution unless stated. Winners may be required to verify identity and eligibility. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Rater reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
7. Prohibited ConductYou may not create multiple accounts to farm points, use bots or automated scripts, buy or sell votes, harass other users, or attempt to interfere with the app's operation. Violations may result in point removal, disqualification from prizes, or account termination.
8. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or for conduct we deem harmful to other users or the service.
9. DisclaimersRater is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that any specific prize will be available.
10. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Rater and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
11. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Rater after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Users can request that their account and associated data to be deleted at anytime. They can access the options menu under the Profile Screen, then select Delete Account. Deleting the account will delete al personal information and photos posted by the user.
