When you upload photos to the Application:
You retain ownership of your photos
You confirm you have the right to upload and share the content
You grant the Application a temporary license to process your photos solely to provide AI features
You agree not to upload inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content that you don't own
The Application includes features that use third-party artificial intelligence services to analyze images and generate outputs such as outfit ratings, occasion scores, and recommendations.
By using these features, you understand and agree that:
Images you submit are processed externally to generate results
Outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
AI-generated results are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional or guaranteed advice
The Application may offer optional in-app purchases.
All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems.
The developer does not collect, store, or process any payment information.
Purchases are generally final. For refund requests, contact your platform provider (Apple or Google).
All rights, including design, branding, features, and content within the Application, belong to the developer unless otherwise stated.
You are not permitted to reuse, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Application without prior permission.
The Application may rely on third-party services to function properly, including:
Firebase
Analytics and crash reporting tools
Artificial intelligence processing services
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which are independent of this Application.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

All features will be error-free

Maintaining the security of your device

Managing data stored locally on your device
Keeping your app updated for the best performance
All content you upload to the Application

Reliance on AI-generated results
Temporary service interruptions or errors
Loss of data or content
Unauthorized access to your device
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the use of the Application.
