Just like every other snail, Snel possesses Astral abilities. Unlike other snails however, specifically the abilities Snel was born with are much stronger than normal. She can travel through time, space, and consciousness just by blinking, or meditating.

When Snel was very young she experienced many times, visions and realities, while to others around her, she simply sat down for a few moments.

These abilities have lead to an abnormal life for Snel. Her ease of using advanced techniques at an early age lead to her growing up forced to attend specialized training courses, schools, going to far away lands and planets to hone her strengths with mystics and teachers of all the ancient Astral traditions, like the wise Monk teacher of the forest, Enhar 

Due to experiencing such a potent clairsentience from such a young age, Snel frequently loses track of what really exists in front of her, when she is, or where she is.

This constant isolated experience has lead Snel to adopt a nomadic lifestyle, flying around in her space ship, going where the wind takes her, and doing what she can to not take anything too seriously. She tries to push her ship to go as fast as possible whenever she can, addicted to the adrenaline distracting her from her inner world. the hyperfocus of not colliding with a star at 10x light speed is one of the only things she's found that quiets the noise.

The attempt at accepting the simple joys of life always seems futile to our hero as the burden of enormous pressure of being able to do things others cant weighs on her more and more the stronger she gets. to see into realms unknown, to experience other worlds, universes and timelines play out to completion. The potential for greatness haunts her like a helmet she will never be big enough to wear.
