These Terms and Conditions apply to the RaSoVE app (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed and provided by Punamben Shah (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal and lawful purposes.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any part of it without prior written consent from the Service Provider.
Extract or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
Translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Application.
Use the Service Provider’s trademarks or branding without permission.
All intellectual property rights—including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights—related to the Application remain the sole property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider aims to ensure the Application is useful, reliable, and efficient.
They reserve the right to:
Modify or update the Application at any time.
Introduce paid features or services in the future, with clear communication of any charges prior to implementation.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your mobile device and access to the Application.
Avoiding jailbreaking or rooting your device. Such actions may compromise security, cause technical issues, or render the Application unusable.
Ensuring you have a stable internet connection to use the Application.
The Application relies on third-party services that have their own terms and policies:
Google Analytics for Firebase
Firebase Crashlytics
Some functionalities require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application fails to operate due to:
Lack of network connectivity.
Data limitations or charges from your network provider.
Roaming charges incurred outside your home country.
By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any data charges incurred. If you are not the device’s bill payer, it is assumed you have obtained necessary permissions.
The Service Provider is not responsible for:
Any issues arising from your device running out of battery, being offline, or being incompatible.
Any loss or inconvenience caused by your inability to access the Application due to device-related issues.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, it relies on third-party services for some information. Therefore, it cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use or reliance on the Application.
The Service Provider may:
Update the Application periodically. You agree to accept all updates to continue using the service.
Discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice.
Upon termination:
Your rights to use the Application will end.
You must stop using and uninstall the Application from your device.
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are encouraged to review this page regularly for any changes.
Updates will be posted here, and continued use of the Application after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
