Bilayer binary honeycomb lattices (BBHL) enable the manipulation of Dirac nodes (DNs) with non-Abelian topological charges using layer sliding and vertical pressure. This provides a promising platform for experimentally realizing non-Abelian phenomena in condensed matter systems.
Mean-field Study of the Bose-Hubbard Model in the Penrose Lattice

We investigate the Bose-Hubbard model on a Penrose lattice via inhomogeneous mean-field theory. Despite phase diagram similarities to the square lattice, the superfluid near the Mott insulator-superfluid boundary displays a fractal distribution, driven by the lattice's quasiperiodicity and the divergence of correlation length at the phase transition.
