Our Goal
As a teacher and environmental activist, Rasitha Nellickal is committed to empowering the next generation with ecological wisdom and hands-on conservation skills. Her mission is to protect endangered plant species and inspire sustainable lifestyles as a response to global warming and climate change. Through awareness programs, tree planting, and afforestation efforts, she works toward protecting natural habitats and restoring degraded ecosystems.
Her vision includes educating school and college students in vital techniques such as grafting, budding, and layering, while also encouraging mangrove afforestation and rewilding efforts along rivers, ponds, canals, and lakes. Rasitha also strongly believes in the healing power of nature. With horticulture therapy, she aims to create inclusive green spaces like butterfly gardens and sensory gardens for children with autism, individuals with Down’s syndrome, senior citizens, and those in recovery from addiction.
Her goal is clear: to sow the seeds of awareness, care, and action — nurturing not just plants, but people and the planet.
