Acknowledgement:

I am highly delighted to have participated in this such event. I am informing you my great wishes from bottom of my heart. It was an outstanding seminar from where I have been able to learn about Inclusive Learning System. A separate Special thank to our Honorable Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Yousuf Mahbubul Islam Sir to conduct such a great seminar.

Summary of the seminar

Learning:

Learning is the process of acquiring new thing or modifying existing, knowledge, behaviors, skills, values, or preferences. The ability to learn is possessed by humans there is also evidence for some kind of learning in certain plants.

Inclusive Learning:

Inclusive learning is the result of effective teaching procedure, an adapted learning environment and teaching approaches which ensure that all students are included, engaged and supported. All students who have the ability to learn and have the right to quality education to enable them to reach their full potential. Teaching for All is an ambitious material and teacher development project that sees teachers as key change agents. Teaching for All aims to provide teachers with the skills, attitudes and knowledge to teach inclusively in diverse classrooms in diverse communities; thus contributing to a reduction of students being excluded from education. So while teaching bear in mind the environment and mentality of the students. Even the common part of this inclusive learning is engaging student’s brain. It can be a major part the reason is because unless you can engage your student’s brain nothing can be taught by you to the students.

Inclusive learning also creates the relationship between teachers and students by which an academic circumstance is built in the class room even students can co-operate the teachers and teacher can co-operate the students too.

The idea we may apply.

1. Questions: In the beginning of the topic we should start with very simple questions which

will be very easy to answer for the students. As they will be able to answer the questions

they will be hopeful to learn the topic. Thus their brain will start to engage.

2. Subject Questions: Then they will be asked a subject related question. At that stage as

soon as a question is offered they will start to guess the answers.

3. Compare and Questions: At that stage, the students will be paired for group work and they

will be given a task related to the task. Here a teacher will offer the students to ask

questions on the target topic. If a student wants to ask a questions a first he/she needs to

understand the topic very well. So they will try with their full concentration to learn.

4. Application: This stage is the stage where they will try to apply their knowledge in a real

task. The teacher will ask them to generate some ideas relating to the topic is applicable to

real life.

5. Feedback: Here a teacher will take feedback from the students. But he will not directly

engage himself/herself for that. Rather he/she will do it through the students. He/she will

ask them to judge and criticize the other groups. Thus they will learn the exact thing.

Conclusion:

It is the one the best learning methods. If we conduct our by this way it will be fruitful and Thank you so much Professor Dr. Yousuf Mahbubul Islam sir,Vice Chancellor, Daffodil International University for give me a such of creative education thinking and students benefited.
