Information Collected While Using the Application
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:
• Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES permission)
We use gallery image access to generate local AI embeddings. These embeddings power our core feature — natural language search — which allows You to search Your photo gallery using everyday language. Image data is processed locally on Your device and is not uploaded to any server.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through Your Device settings.
The Application requests the following device permissions in order to provide its features:
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: Allows the app to read images from Your device's gallery. This permission is required to generate AI-based embeddings locally on Your device, enabling the natural language gallery search feature. Images are not uploaded to any external server.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Allows the app to send You push notifications regarding processing status, feature updates, and service-related information.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE & FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PROCESSING: Allows the app to run a foreground service in the background. This is required so that gallery processing (AI embedding generation) can continue even when the app is minimized or the screen is off. A persistent notification will be displayed while this service is active, as required by Android.
We use Firebase services provided by Google to help Us improve the quality and stability of Our Service. These services collect data automatically:
Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymized usage data including screen views, time spent on screens, button and UI element interactions (taps/clicks), user flows, and session information. This data helps Us understand how users interact with the Application and identify areas for improvement.
Firebase Crashlytics: Automatically records crash reports and non-fatal errors. When the app crashes or encounters an error, diagnostic data including device model, OS version, app version, and the sequence of events leading to the crash is sent to help Us diagnose and fix issues.
Firebase Performance Monitoring: Monitors app performance metrics such as app startup time, screen rendering performance, and network request durations. This helps Us identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Firebase Remote Config: Used to update certain app configurations and feature flags remotely without requiring a full app update.
All Firebase analytics and performance data is aggregated and used solely to improve the Application. You may opt out of analytics data collection through Your device's advertising settings.
Our Application uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized ads based on Your interests.
AdMob may collect the following types of information:
• Advertising ID (Google's resettable device identifier for advertising purposes)
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
• IP address and approximate location
• App usage and interaction data related to ads
• Ad interaction history (impressions, clicks)

• Analytics and crash report data: retained per Google Firebase's data retention policies.
We may retain Personal Data beyond these periods where required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, at Your explicit request, or due to technical backup limitations.
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. The Application includes an optional Image Web Search tool. This tool is not invoked automatically — it is only activated when You explicitly choose to use it by selecting an image and initiating a search.
How the Tool Works
When You choose to use the Image Web Search tool, the following process takes place:
Step 1 — Image Upload: The image You select is uploaded to ImgBB (imgbb.com), a third-party image hosting service. This generates a publicly accessible URL for the image.
Step 2 — Web Search: The generated image URL is then shared with SerpApi, a third-party web search API service. SerpApi uses this URL to perform a reverse image search on the web and return relevant results.
Step 3 — Results: The search results are displayed to You within the Application.
Important Disclosures
User-Initiated Only: This feature is entirely optional and triggered solely by You. No images are uploaded or shared without your deliberate action.
Third-Party Data Sharing: By using this tool, You acknowledge that the selected image will be transmitted to and temporarily hosted by ImgBB, and that its URL will be shared with SerpApi for search processing.
Publicly Accessible URL: Once uploaded to ImgBB, the image is hosted at a publicly accessible URL for the purpose of enabling the reverse image search. We do not control ImgBB's data retention policies.
No Company Retention: We do not store, retain, or access the uploaded image or its URL on our own servers. The upload and search are performed entirely between Your device and the respective third-party services.
Sensitive Images: We strongly advise You not to use this feature with personal, sensitive, or private images, as the image will be temporarily hosted on a third-party server and accessible via a public URL.

ImgBB (https://imgbb.com): Image hosting service used to generate a public URL for the selected image. Their privacy policy is available at https://imgbb.com/privacy.
SerpApi (https://serpapi.com): Search API service used to perform the reverse image search. Their privacy policy is available at https://serpapi.com/privacy.
Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site.
