I am a fourth-year Ph.D. student in Economics at Brown University. I received my master’s degree in Economics from El Colegio de México and my B.A. in Economics from the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE), graduating with honors. 

My research interests lie in Labor Economics, Development Economics, and the Economics of Children and Families. I study how public policies and labor regulations shape inequalities in access to education and income, with a particular focus on the role of institutions such as labor unions, early childhood education systems, and social programs.
