Sherwin Depante-Tanada is the Head Chef of a local family business, RAPSA! Fil-Mex Fusion Food. Originating in the Philippines and being self-taught, Chef Sherwin is passionate about her authentic, homecooked dishes and always expresses her delightfulness towards those who come by.

All customers are invited to dig in and enjoy quality time together over our tasty meals. The kitchen specializes in a variety of food from grilling to frying and much more! For every product made, they incorporate their family's secret recipes and an overwhelming amount of love!
