Rapid Profile Systems™ provides a structured, permission-based system for organizing, accessing, and sharing business profile information, customer request systems, media, and related business materials.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled within the Rapid Profile Systems™ environment and associated MacioLink™ access systems.

2. Pilot Phase Notice

Rapid Profile Systems™ is currently operating in a pilot and development phase.

During this phase, business profiles, QR access systems, and related document environments may be created, organized, or administered by Rapid Profile Systems™ to support system functionality, reliability, accessibility, and user experience.

Businesses and profile owners manage and control the information they choose to upload within their designated profile environments.

Rapid Profile Systems™ may assist with profile setup, access routing, organizational structure, and permission management, but does not independently use, sell, distribute, or publicly release user documents or information outside of user-approved access.

Access to user information is limited to system administration, operational support, and user-authorized sharing only.

As the platform evolves, profile owners will continue transitioning toward greater direct ownership and management of their profile environments and associated data.

3. Information Provided

Rapid Profile Systems™ does not operate as a centralized personal data harvesting platform.

Profile owners may voluntarily provide or upload information such as:

• Business name

• Contact name

• Phone number

• Email address

• Business contact information

• Business documents

• Images, media, or uploaded files

• Service descriptions or related operational information

All information within profiles is voluntarily provided by the profile owner or authorized representative.

4. Data Ownership

Profile owners retain ownership of their information, uploaded files, and related materials.

During the pilot phase, Rapid Profile Systems™ may assist with profile creation, organization, maintenance, and access configuration to support system functionality and usability.

Rapid Profile Systems™ does not claim ownership of user-provided information and does not distribute personal or business information outside of user-approved access systems.

5. Data Use

Rapid Profile Systems™ does not sell, lease, or commercially exploit user data.

Information is used solely for profile functionality, communication routing, permission-based access, organizational support, and related operational purposes requested by the user or profile owner.

The system functions as a controlled access layer that allows authorized parties to view user-approved information when access is granted.

6. Access Control

Access to profile information is permission-based and controlled.

• Profile owners or authorized administrators determine access permissions

• Third parties are generally granted limited or view-only access

• Editing, downloading, and sharing permissions may be restricted

• Unauthorized access, modification, duplication, or redistribution is prohibited

MacioLink™ QR systems may be used to simplify profile access and routing while maintaining permission-based control structures.

7. Data Storage

Documents and uploaded materials are stored within designated profile environments and accessed through permission-based systems.

Rapid Profile Systems™ may temporarily process, download, modify, or store submitted business materials, logos, media, and related files as necessary to provide requested setup, design, profile management, QR integration, or operational support services.

User-submitted materials remain controlled by the profile owner and are not sold or publicly distributed outside of approved operational use.

8. Security

Reasonable administrative, organizational, and permission-based safeguards are used to help protect user information.

These safeguards may include:

• Controlled sharing permissions

• Restricted editing access

• Permission-based viewing systems

• Administrative oversight during pilot operation

However, profile owners remain responsible for the information they choose to upload, share, or distribute.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Rapid Profile Systems™ may utilize third-party tools, platforms, or infrastructure providers to support profile functionality, communications, hosting, document access, QR systems, or operational performance.

Use of any third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s own applicable terms, privacy policies, and operational practices.

10. Future System Development

Rapid Profile Systems™ is designed to evolve toward increasingly user-controlled and decentralized operational structures.

Future system development may include expanded user ownership, direct profile management, enhanced access controls, and additional operational tools designed to simplify business organization and profile management.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically as the system evolves.

Continued use of Rapid Profile Systems™ constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of any updated policy terms.
