C. Location Data (Navigation & Tracking):
Foreground Location: Precise location used for turn-by-turn navigation.
Background Location (Riders): We collect location data when the app is closed to allow Recipients to track deliveries via Route ID.
D. Device Information: We collect hardware models, OS versions, and unique identifiers to ensure app stability.
3. How We Use Your Information
To Provide Services: To calculate delivery routes, provide navigation, and display your "Account Name" and "Logo" to recipients.
To Manage Subscriptions: To process payments for Premium plans, manage monthly billing cycles, and handle upgrades or cancellations.
To Verify Accounts: Users on the Premium plan undergo a verification process. We use your provided data to issue "Verified" status badges to build trust with customers.
To Communicate: To send payment receipts, subscription expiration warnings, and service updates via the email or phone provided.
4. Sharing of Your Information
Payment Processors: We share necessary financial data with third-party payment gateways (e.g., Paystack, Stripe, or Mobile Money providers) to process your GHS 250.00 subscription fees.
With Recipients: Your Account Name, Verified Status, and Live Location are shared with users tracking your specific Route ID.
