2. Information We Collect Location Data (Drivers Only): Rao's Transit collects precise real-time location data to enable fleet tracking and ETA calculations for parents and school administrators. This data is collected in the background even when the app is closed or not in use, but solely during active transit trips. Location tracking stops immediately when the driver ends a trip.
Personal Information: We collect basic contact information including names, phone numbers, and email addresses provided during account setup to facilitate secure login.
Photos & Media: We collect images when users upload profile avatars to help parents and schools visually identify the assigned driver or student.
Student Information: We store basic operational data (such as student names, assigned routes, and attendance status) necessary to confirm school pickup and drop-off routines.
3. How We Use Information
To provide real-time bus tracking to authorized parents during active school trips.
To facilitate direct communication between parents, drivers, and school admins regarding transit updates.

Users or school administrators can request account or profile data deletion at any time by contacting us at raostransit@gmail.com. Upon request, all associated personal data will be completely removed from our servers.
