I am currently a Software Engineer concentrating on network infrastructure at Google Madison.
I received my Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2020 and M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2016 from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, advised by Prof. Edmund Yeh. Before that, I received my B.Eng. degree in Information Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China in 2013, with Prof. Xinbing Wang as my research adviser.
My research topics mainly focus on network optimizations, distributed caching, forwarding, congestion control and computation systems, and proactive caching.
Besides work, music, sports, and cooking are my main hobbies. Specifically, I am a fan of Radiohead and Arsenal Football Club. I was also interested in photography and media editing, which unfortunately paused because of the pandemic.
