By accessing or using RankBlox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: 

1. Termination of Service
   RankBlox reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

2. Blacklisting
   RankBlox may blacklist you from using the Service for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms or any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Service Suspension
   Services labeled as “one time” or “unlimited” may be suspended or modified at the discretion of RankBlox, with or without notice, and for any reason deemed appropriate by RankBlox.

4. Commercial Use
   You are permitted to use the Service for commercial purposes only with explicit, written permission from RankBlox. This includes, but is not limited to, selling access to RankBlox, offering paid services to set up or configure RankBlox for others, or using RankBlox as part of a paid product or service. Any unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination, blacklisting, or legal action.

5. Prohibition of Resale
   You may not sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer access to the Service or any associated accounts, either directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of RankBlox.

6. Unauthorized Access and Security
   Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to exploit its security features will result in immediate blacklisting and possible legal action. RankBlox reserves the right to pursue any and all legal remedies available for such actions.

7. Modification of Terms
   RankBlox reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the RankBlox website or through other appropriate means. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

8. Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RankBlox does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankBlox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Definitions

RankBlox ("the Service") refers to the RankBlox Discord bot and any related services, tools, or platforms it interacts with or is provided through.
