Delete your Rangmanch Vendor account
This page is for artists and vendors using the Rangmanch Vendor app by Rangmanch Events.
How to request account deletion
1. Send an email to rangmanchevents.net@gmail.com
2. Subject: "Delete my Rangmanch Vendor account"
3. Write your full name and registered mobile number.
We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.
How to request deletion of some data only
Send an email to the same address with the subject "Delete my data" and tell us which data you want removed (for example, your documents). We will respond within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your app login and mPIN access
- Your copies of documents shown in the app (photo, PAN, Aadhaar, bank details)
- Your requests and app notification settings
What is kept
- Payment records and TDS certificates (Form 16A) are kept for 8 years, as required by Indian income tax and GST law. They are not shown in the app after deletion.
