Privacy Policy – Rangmanch Vendor
Rangmanch Vendor is an app by Rangmanch Events for artists and vendors registered with us. Accounts are created only by the Rangmanch Events office.
Information we show in the app
- Your name, mobile number and vendor ID
- Your payment records (passbook, ledger) and TDS certificates (Form 16A)
- Your own documents on file with us: photo, PAN, Aadhaar and bank details
- Office announcements and the requests you send to the office
How we use it
This information is used only to show you your own records and to handle your requests. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for advertising. The app has no ads.
Security
All data is transferred over encrypted HTTPS. Your mPIN and fingerprint/face unlock are checked only on your phone and are never sent to us.
Notifications
We may send notifications about payments and announcements. You can turn them off in your phone settings.
Data retention and deletion
Records are kept as required by Indian tax and accounting law. To close your account or request deletion of your data, email rangmanchevents.net@gmail.com from your registered details. We will respond within 30 days.
