Auction Format
The silent auction will be conducted through :
a) Online Bidding – Open to the public until April 16th 2025 at 8.00pm
Bidding Process
All bids must be placed through the official Google Form for the specific Item before the closing time.
The highest bid at the close of the auction will be deemed the winning bid.
Winning & Payment
Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours after the event.
Payment must be made via bank transfer within 24-48 hours of receiving the email notification.
Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in the item being offered to the next highest bidder.
Item Collection & Responsibility
Once payment is confirmed, winners will be provided with details for item collection/delivery.
The auction organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once collected/shipped.
Should winner be outside of Auckland, shipping/delivery can be arranged.
General Conditions
All bids are final, and no retractions or alterations will be allowed.
Items are sold "as is," and no exchanges or refunds will be provided.
The auction organizers reserve the right to make final decisions on any disputes or unforeseen issues.
