About Me

I have always taken care of fish for my whole life, but when I joined Marine Biology I learned the science of taking care of them and also expanded my mind on different methods and techniques on taking care of Aquatic Organisms. I am an inspired biology major and I have a love for many types of marine creatures. I have developed new skills in marine biology on learning how to fix something that is broken such as an air pump, or setting up a RO/DI filter. I run recirculating aquaculture systems with hundreds of fish in them, use aquaponics growing both fish, and plants and breed different organisms. My goal is to find different breeding techniques to help restore organisms in different aquatic ecosystems and learn to breed different species of saltwater fish as a way to stop people from taking them from the wild.
