Randstad provides each employee with access to a Randstad Self Service account at www.workplace.randstad.com. If you are a new user, you’ll click the orange ‘New User’ button and enter some personal information to create an account.
Your Randstad Site Manager is not able to access your pay stubs or make changes to your personal information locally. However, through your Randstad Self Service account, you are able to:
view, save, and print your pay stubs
update your direct deposit information
update your phone number, email address, or mailing address
update your state and federal tax information
If you are unable to access your Randstad Self Service account on Workplace, you can call the Randstad Helpdesk to have your password reset. The Helpdesk can also assist you with updating your phone number, email address, or mailing address.
The Helpdesk is not able to update your direct deposit information or your tax information over the phone. They can, however, walk you through how to complete those updates through your Randstad Self Service account on Workplace.

Workplace password reset for the talent
Talent should call 877-601-7453 from their cell phone ideally. Talent will verify their identity and a password reset email will be sent to their email. Same solution for password "hint questions."
Important to Note – If the talent calls in from our office line, the phone# may be recognized by the system as belonging to an INTERNAL employee, and it may jump right to the INTERNAL options without giving the talent the opportunity to enter their own info. If that happens, you will NOT get the correct options to be directed to the correct team. Should that happen, ask for a direct transfer to the Randstad Talent support queue once you reach a live representative.
Workplace account is already set up and talent needs to change address / direct deposit info / W4 Info / etc.
Talent should chat via Workplace for any assistance needed as they will must use self-service to make these updates. The call center CANNOT update DD or W-4 information. It must be done by the talent in Self-Service.
Payroll is going to the incorrect bank account because the talent is a rehire and they did not update the pay method.
The talent will need to correct their direct deposit information on Workplace. If they have questions or issues, they can chat by using the Live Chat link on Workplace or they can call 877.601.7453 and a representative can help/troubleshoot. Please note, Support Center representatives CANNOT update direct deposit information.

Talent setting up their “hint” questions.
Talent can set up hint questions when they register for Workplace on their phone. When they go to Workplace and click on New User, they may just need to click/touch on each box "question 1, question 2" to select the desired question. They do NOT have to contact the support center for this, though they can, if they are having trouble and we can troubleshoot.
