What is the length of the position?
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. You can be considered for conversion when full-time roles open at Scapa.
What are Randstad's office hours?
The Randstad office is open Monday Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM. You can reach us by calling or texting (865) 686-5010.
Where is the Randstad office located?
We have an office inside Scapa. After you enter through the Employee Entrance, our Randstad office is down the hallway to the right. Look for the Randstad sign on the door.
What shifts are available at Scapa?
1st Shift: 6a - 4:30p Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday
2nd Shift: 6p - 4:30a Monday - Thursday
3rd Shift: 6a - 6p Friday, Saturday and Sunday
How will I be trained?
Your first day, you will participate in a classroom training with Scapa around Good Manufacturing Practices. You will then begin your on-the-job training where you'll spend your few days working closely with a trainer.
