Included in all cleanings:

• Make beds (change sheets if provided)

• Dust all furniture, shelves, and surfaces

• Clean ceiling fans and light fixtures (reachable)

• Wipe reachable windows, mirrors, doors, and glass surfaces

• Wipe baseboards (general areas)

• Clean countertops and backsplashes

• Clean exterior of kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.)

• Wipe cabinet exteriors in kitchen and laundry areas

• Scrub sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers

• Vacuum and mop all floors throughout the home

• Vacuum soft furniture and rugs (couches, bathroom mats, etc.)

• Remove trash from all rooms

• Remove visible spider webs throughout the home

• Wipe and sanitize high-touch surfaces (switches, handles, etc.)

• Wipe and sanitize trash bins (exteriors)

Deep Cleaning

Includes all Standard Cleaning tasks, plus:

• Clean inside kitchen appliances (fridge and oven)

• Clean inside cabinets and drawers in kitchen and laundry areas

• Move and clean behind/under appliances and furniture where accessible

• Scrub and detail baseboards throughout the home

• Deep clean corners, edges, and high-touch areas

• Polish stainless steel and hard surfaces

• Extra attention to buildup in bathrooms and kitchens

• Clean vents, fan covers, and light switch plates

• Detail-clean doors, door frames, and window sills

• Wipe interior of trash bins

Move In/Move Out

Includes all Deep Cleaning tasks plus:

• Clean inside all cabinets and drawers (kitchen, bath, closets)

• Clean behind and beneath large appliances (fridge, oven, washer, dryer)

• Spot-clean walls, light switches, and door frames

• Clean inside and outside of all appliances

• Remove any remaining trash or debris from move-out

• Final polish of glass, mirrors, and hard surfaces

• Sweep porches or entryways if needed

• Optional add-on: Garage sweep or deep clean
