What do I get with Pro?

How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?
Open Settings inside the app, tap Upgrade to Pro, then tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Restoring never charges you again.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not inside the app. Go to your device's Settings, then [Your Name], then Subscriptions, select the app, and cancel there. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. You can also reach this screen from Settings, by tapping Premium active inside the app.
I paid but Pro is not showing up.
First, check that you are signed in with the purchasing Apple ID, then use Restore purchases on the Pro screen. Purchases can also take a minute to be confirmed by the App Store; closing and reopening the app usually settles it. If it is still locked after that, email us with the Apple receipt and we will sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
All payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but tell us what went wrong; if it is a bug on our side we want to fix it.
My subscription expired. Did I lose my data?
No. Your history, custom lists, wheel entries and group setups stay where they are. Pro-only settings simply stop being applied to your draws, and start working again the moment Pro is active.
Are the numbers really random?
Numbers are generated on your device using the system random generator. Nothing is pre-decided and no result is stored or sent anywhere.
Why does my number repeat, or never repeat?
That is the Allow repeats setting. When it is off and you draw multiple numbers, each value in the range can only come up once per draw.
How much history is kept?
The last 100 results. Older entries drop off automatically. You can delete a single entry, or clear the whole list with the trash icon on the History screen.
Is my data backed up anywhere?
No. Your settings and history are stored only on your device and are not backed up to any server. If you delete the app, this data is permanently lost.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes everything, because nothing is stored outside your device. You can also clear individual entries, or all of them, from your history inside the app.
