How do I restore my Premium purchase on a new device?
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Restoring never charges you again.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not inside the app. Go to your device's Settings, then [Your Name], then Subscriptions, select the app, and cancel there. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
I paid but Premium is not showing up.
First, check that you are signed in with the purchasing Apple ID, then tap Restore Purchases in Settings. Purchases can also take a minute to be confirmed by the App Store; closing and reopening the app usually settles it. If it is still locked after that, email us with the Apple receipt and we will sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
All payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but tell us what went wrong; if it is a bug on our side we want to fix it.
My subscription expired. Did I lose my jokes?
No. Your created jokes, favorites, and folders all stay where they are. Premium themes, fonts, and the joke of the day simply stop being applied, and they start working again the moment Premium is active.
Is my data backed up anywhere?
No. Your jokes, favorites, and settings are stored only on your device and are not backed up to any server. If you delete the app, this data is permanently lost.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile.
How do I keep a copy of my jokes?
Open Settings and use Export History or Export Favorites, then share the file to yourself. Do this before switching phones or deleting the app.
How do I organize my favorite jokes?
Open Favorites, tap New folder to create a category, then use the menu on any joke to add it to that folder. Long press a folder to rename or delete it.
How do I stop seeing a joke?
Open Settings, then All Jokes, and tap the eye icon next to any joke to hide it from the home screen. You can bring them all back with the reset button on the same screen.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes everything, because nothing is stored outside your device. You can also clear your favorites, your history, or your created jokes individually from inside the app.
