If you want your Survival Clash account and its associated cloud save data deleted, please submit a request using the form linked below.
Open the deletion request form.
Fill in the required details so we can verify your account.
Submit the form.
We may contact you by email if we need to confirm ownership.
After we verify your request, we delete:
Your cloud progress / player save data
Account identity mappings used for cloud sync (such as Firebase and Google Play Games linked IDs)
We may keep certain records for a limited time when required for legal, accounting, or anti-fraud purposes (for example purchase/transaction history).
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Account and cloud save deletion is permanent. Once completed, your progress cannot be restored.
