본 개인정보 처리방침은 무료 서비스로 제공되는 모바일 기기용 Random Toolkit(랜덤 툴킷) 앱(이하 "애플리케이션")에 적용되며, 개발자(이하 "서비스 제공자")가 제작했습니다. 본 서비스는 "있는 그대로(AS IS)" 제공됩니다.

This privacy policy applies to the Random Toolkit app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by the developer (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

애플리케이션을 다운로드하고 사용할 때 다음과 같은 정보가 수집될 수 있습니다.

• 애플리케이션 이용 시간

애플리케이션은 기기의 정확한 위치 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

애플리케이션은 데이터 처리나 기능 제공을 위해 인공지능(AI) 기술을 사용하지 않습니다.

서비스 제공자는 제공받은 정보를 이용해 중요한 정보, 필수 고지, 마케팅 안내 등을 위해 때때로 연락할 수 있습니다.

더 나은 경험을 위해, 애플리케이션 이용 중 서비스 제공자가 특정 개인 식별 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청된 정보는 보관되며 본 방침에 기술된 대로 사용됩니다.

제3자 접근

애플리케이션 및 서비스 개선을 돕기 위해, 집계·익명화된 데이터만 외부 서비스로 주기적으로 전송됩니다. 서비스 제공자는 본 방침에 기술된 방식으로 제3자와 정보를 공유할 수 있습니다.

서비스 제공자는 다음의 경우 이용자 제공 정보 및 자동 수집 정보를 공개할 수 있습니다.

애플리케이션을 삭제하면 모든 정보 수집을 손쉽게 중단할 수 있습니다. 기기 또는 앱 마켓에서 제공하는 표준 삭제 절차를 이용하시면 됩니다.

데이터 보관 정책

서비스 제공자는 이용자가 애플리케이션을 사용하는 동안 및 그 이후 합리적인 기간 동안 이용자 제공 데이터를 보관합니다. 제공하신 데이터의 삭제를 원하시면 sdin99@outlook.com 으로 연락 주시면 합리적인 기간 내에 응답드립니다.

아동

서비스 제공자는 만 13세 미만 아동의 데이터를 고의로 수집하거나 마케팅 대상으로 삼지 않습니다.

애플리케이션은 만 13세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공자는 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인 식별 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 만약 만 13세 미만 아동이 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 알게 될 경우 즉시 서버에서 해당 정보를 삭제합니다. 자녀가 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 알고 계신 부모 또는 보호자께서는 sdin99@outlook.com 으로 연락 주시면 필요한 조치를 취하겠습니다.

보안

서비스 제공자는 이용자 정보의 기밀성 보호를 중요하게 생각하며, 처리·보관하는 정보를 보호하기 위해 물리적·전자적·절차적 안전장치를 제공합니다.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages

• The time spent on the Application

• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at sdin99@outlook.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (sdin99@outlook.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
