1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Random Number Generator, the "App," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, the "Terms," and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or at least 16 years old if you are located in the European Economic Area. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

Random Number Generator is a randomization and entertainment app that helps users generate random numbers, roll dice, flip coins, draw cards, pick letters, generate colors, randomize dates and times, and receive other random outcomes.

The App may allow users to:

Generate random numbers using user-defined ranges, quantity settings, exclusions, and optional sorting

Roll dice with configurable dice counts and side counts

Flip coins and generate other randomized outcomes for entertainment or personal use

Generate random cards, letters, colors, dates, times, and yes-or-no answers

Export generated random numbers in CSV or spreadsheet-compatible formats where available

Receive premium features, including access to enhanced experiences, reduced advertising, or other subscription-based functionality where offered

The App is provided for entertainment, randomization assistance, and personal organizational purposes only. Results produced by the App are randomized and should not be relied upon for legally binding, financial, medical, safety-critical, or other important decisions.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Availability, speed, and feature access may vary based on device compatibility, operating system, network conditions, app store services, third-party providers, and other factors.

3. Accounts, Devices, and Access

The App may use device-based identifiers, app-instance data, locally stored preferences, or marketplace purchase records to manage subscription status, feature access, saved settings, onboarding state, restore purchases, and abuse prevention.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your device

All use of the App from your device

Using the App only in compliance with applicable laws and app store rules

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized automation, attempts to bypass limits or premium access controls, or violations of these Terms.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless expressly permitted by us in writing.

You may not use the App to:

Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right

Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy at scale, or attempt to extract source logic or protected app content except as permitted by law

Bypass paywalls, premium access restrictions, restore controls, onboarding controls, feature gates, export controls, or subscription restrictions

Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to access the App at scale

Resell, repackage, or offer the App or its components as a standalone paid or commercial product

Interfere with the App's normal operation, security, advertising systems, or payment flows

Violations may result in immediate suspension, restriction, or termination of access.

5. Intellectual Property and Licensing

5.1 Ownership

JanoGroup LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its software, design, interfaces, branding, randomization mechanics, animations, export formats, and original materials.

5.2 Free Tier License

Free access grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to feature restrictions, or advertising-supported access shown in the App.

5.3 Paid Subscription License

If you purchase or activate a paid subscription or trial, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use premium App features during the active subscription period.

Premium access may include a cleaner experience, reduced or removed advertising where offered, and other premium features made available in the App.

Paid access does not grant you the right to:

Resell App content or functionality commercially

Build a competing product from App content, design, or logic

Perform automated bulk export or republication of App materials

5.4 Third-Party Providers

Parts of the App rely on third-party providers, including app marketplaces, payment processors, subscription platforms, analytics providers, notification services, advertising services, sharing services, hosting providers, and infrastructure providers.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, service interruptions, or other issues caused by third-party providers.

5.5 Copyright Complaints

If you believe content or materials in the App infringe your copyright, contact us at janogroupllc@gmail.com with:

Your contact information

Identification of the copyrighted work

Identification of the allegedly infringing material

A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized

A statement that the information you provide is accurate

We may remove or restrict access to content in appropriate circumstances.

6. Subscriptions, Usage Limits, and Billing

Usage and features may vary by plan, app version, offer, platform, country, or marketplace.

Current access may include:

Free Tier

Access: Core randomization features and advertising-supported access

Features: Random number generation, random tool screens, saved local preferences, and any other free features shown in the App

Notes: Certain premium features or cleaner experiences may require an upgrade

Trial or Promotional Plan

Access: Temporary premium or expanded feature access where offered

Features: Premium content and reduced or removed gating during the offer period

Notes: Availability may vary by offer, marketplace, or eligibility

Paid Premium

Access: Premium features during the active subscription period

Features: Reduced or removed advertising where offered, premium access, and other available premium functionality

Notes: Auto-renews unless canceled

Additional terms:

Billing, renewals, cancellation rights, and refunds are handled by Apple, Google, or another applicable app marketplace, except where otherwise required by law.

Prices, offer availability, subscription names, trial length, and feature descriptions shown in the App or app store listing control over any examples in these Terms.

We may update pricing, plan structure, or feature availability at any time to reflect operational costs, service changes, legal requirements, or provider changes.

7. Technology and Service Limitations

The App uses software-based randomization, locally stored preferences, device settings, file-sharing tools, and third-party platform services.

Results and features may:

Vary by platform, operating system version, device performance, or region

Be interrupted by app store, subscription, network, notification, export-sharing, or advertising-service issues

Change over time as features, result formats, premium offerings, or content sets are updated

Depend on permissions you grant, such as notification, storage, or tracking-related permissions where applicable

We do not guarantee continuous uptime, uninterrupted access, export success on all devices, or any specific random outcome.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, process, and store information, including app analytics, subscription status, device-related information, preferences, onboarding state, saved settings, generated results, and notification settings.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JANOGROUP LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

This includes, without limitation, losses or damages resulting from:

Reliance on any random result or generated output produced by the App

Decisions made using the App in legally binding, financial, medical, or safety-sensitive contexts

Subscription, billing, restore-purchase, marketplace, or third-party service issues

Notification failures, export failures, data loss, or device-related issues

Loss of saved settings, generated history, or preferences

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the greater of:

(A) the amount you paid to us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or

(B) USD $25.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JanoGroup LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

Your use or misuse of the App

Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

Any decision or action you take based on a random result produced by the App

Your attempts to bypass technical or subscription restrictions

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Rules, conducted in English, in Washington, DC, or virtually, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You and JanoGroup LLC agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing janogroupllc@gmail.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."

If you opt out, exclusive jurisdiction for disputes will lie in the state or federal courts located in Washington, DC, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may cancel subscriptions through the applicable app store account settings.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the App, attempted to bypass restrictions, or created legal, security, or operational risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-resolution provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated in the App, through release notes, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. General Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and JanoGroup LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the App.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
